2021 Cabernet Franc Reserve

Flavors and aromas are reminicent of bright and fresh red fruits such as bright red cherry with a touch of strawberry and complex hints of thyme. Absolutely delicious-soft on the mouth with rich tannin on the finish. Ample fruit, with good acid and weighty volume. This wine is rich, lovely with plenty of fruit. Warm with alcohol and volume, soft but fine-grain tannin (especially on the finish) make this wine quite ageable and will hold up to a variety of richer dishes. Ageable 8-10 years
