Fresh...lovely aromas of strawberry, red cherry and apple blossoms tease the nose. A GSM blend, this wine has a beautiful light rose color with hints of strawberry and ripe watermelon.  Pretty in color, delicate aromatic notes of hibiscus, passion fruit and orange blossom burst with good intensity.  Soft and refreshing on the palate with mild but good acidity, subtle residual sugar and balance drive the fruit flavor and yields a long finish.  

Lovely delicate aromas of green apple, white peach and hints of orange blossom.  Crisp with medium body, this wine shows flavors of ripe green apple and honeysuckle.  Good acidity with round mouth-feel, this wine will pair beautifully with a variety of dishes or can hold up on it’s own with good food and company particularly on a warm summer day.

This wine is a tiny bit tight on nose, but after a pour and a little air, gives it up.  A bit grassier, with grapefruit and hints of gooseberry. Smooth on the palate, with a touch of RS to balance acidity (off-dry).  Good balance, with medium body, medium plus acidity- very nice with good depth.

Aromas of green apple, pineapple and fresh honeydew melon with a kiss of vanilla tease the senses. Upon tasting, a medium bodied richness is complimented by good, juicy acidity yielding a soft texture with flavors of almond husk, crème brulee, ripe pineapple with subtle notes of nutmeg and graham. A long finish will keep you coming back for more!

Beautiful, complex aromas of chocolate covered cherry , hints of vanilla, nutmeg and wafer. Concentrated fruit on the pallet leading to ripe strawberry, ripe black cherry and spice. Richer body, layered with flavors and a long rolling finish. Beautiful, complex pinot rich in volume but soft, round and quite appealing. 

Soft and juicy blend highlighting more notes of the grenache. Attractive aromas of raspberry and ripe strawberry are wound by notes of mocha, coconut and aromatic notes of cherry blossom. Texturally very soft and silky but with a little backbone of tannin-this wine will age well and pair with a variety of dishes. 

Intense notes of red and black cherry lead with a touch of cassis, hints of fresh earth, spice to round it out with hints of thyme. On the mouth, overall softer style with good density and weight result in a rich but soft style, coating all parts of the mouth. This wine will surely hold up to richer food pairings. Rolling layers and flavors lead to dried cranberry, turn to black raspberry with a long vanilla finish.

This wine showcases a fun fruit bowl of both dark and red fruits and spice in the nose and on the palate.  Ripe red cherry, black cherry, ripe black plum, ripe raspberries and blueberries intertwine beautifully with baking spice notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and vanilla.  Rich on the mouth, yet balanced, this Zin will pair perfectly with a variety of foods or on it’s own.

Our "Premiero" reserve offers an array of mouth watering tastes such as chocolate cake, baked cherries, sweet cocoa and ripe cherry aromas. This wine is very soft with good acid while juicy with a long finish and with hints of white pepper. A beautiful wine for any occasion but superb with a lamb entree or a fine steak.

Flavors and aromas are reminicent of bright and fresh red fruits such as bright red cherry with a touch of strawberry and complex hints of thyme. Absolutely delicious-soft on the mouth with rich tannin on the finish. Ample fruit, with good acid and weighty volume. This wine is rich, lovely with plenty of fruit. Warm with alcohol and volume, soft but fine-grain tannin (especially on the finish) make this wine quite ageable and will hold up to a variety of richer dishes. Ageable 8-10 years

Intense aromatics of cassis, cocoa, wild black cherry, black plumb, and sweet cedar are accentuated with teasing notes of vanilla and clove. On the mouth - rich, dense body with moderate velvety tannin structure. This wine displays notes of dark black fruits, dried plumb with subtle sweet tea. Mocha and vanilla compliment the black fruit characters. Rich,layered and hearty, but well-balanced.

A rich nose of cherry and strawberry notes with some wildness like blueberry and blackberry, even huckleberry. A bit more age yields an intriguing bouquet and slight savoriness, with notes of sweet tobacco, fresh forest floor, and cured leather. Combined with a nice fruitiness, this wine is quite complex and interesting. On the mouth, rich yet elegant texture, including silky-soft tannins make this wine an excellent food accompaniment, or amazing on it's own.
