2023 'Discovery' Riesling

Fresh, clean, and expressive aromas of peach, apple, stone fruit are accentuated with hints of floral orange and lemon blossom.  Perfumy and with complex notes of bath salts and a touch of guava.  Nicely balanced between high acidity and a subtle residual sugar- this wine is off-dry and balanced- perfect for pairing with spicy Asian cuisine (including Thai and Chinese), picnicking with fruits and cheeses, or own its own during a warm summer day with good company.
