A fresher style of Zin, not over-the-top and jammy. This wine showcases a fun fruit bowl of both dark and red fruits and spice in the nose and on the palate.  Ripe red cherry, black cherry, ripe black plum, ripe raspberries and blueberries intertwine beautifully with baking spice notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and vanilla.  Rich on the mouth, yet balanced, this Zin will pair perfectly with a variety of foods or on it’s own.

Our "Premiero" reserve offers an array of mouth watering tastes such as chocolate cake, baked cherries, sweet cocoa and ripe cherry aromas. This wine is very soft with good acid while juicy with a long finish and with hints of white pepper. A beautiful wine for any occasion but superb with a lamb entree or a fine steak.

Flavors and aromas are reminicent of bright and fresh red fruits such as bright red cherry with a touch of strawberry and complex hints of thyme. Absolutely delicious-soft on the mouth with rich tannin on the finish. Ample fruit, with good acid and weighty volume. This wine is rich, lovely with plenty of fruit. Warm with alcohol and volume, soft but fine-grain tannin (especially on the finish) make this wine quite ageable and will hold up to a variety of richer dishes. Ageable 8-10 years

Intense aromatics of cassis, cocoa, wild black cherry, black plumb, and sweet cedar are accentuated with teasing notes of vanilla and clove. On the mouth - rich, dense body with moderate velvety tannin structure. This wine displays notes of dark black fruits, dried plumb with subtle sweet tea. Mocha and vanilla compliment the black fruit characters. Rich,layered and hearty, but well-balanced.
